⚠️ Print at 100% / actual size — turn off "Fit to page" in your print dialog, or the measurements will be wrong.
Check the print scale first
A bank card should cover the box exactly, and the bar should measure 10 cm with any ruler. If not, print again at 100% with "Fit to page" turned off.
Lay a ring that fits you over the circles. Your size is the circle whose outer edge lines up exactly with the inside edge of the ring.
